Road Trip 8-9-2013

I woke up at 3am to the loud sound of thunder. It wasn't just loud it bed rattling loud, 

that jerked me out of sleep. I was up for about 30 min then decided to get the day started.

I got some stuff together and hit the road. Here are some pictures of the day.

It is a sunny gorgeous day and I decided to take a walk.

My tiny green house I made 2 weeks ago, out of recycled office supplies! It has moss inside.

 I guess Japanese Beatles love grape vines!

There are a whole bunch of baby Japanese Beatles outside in the grape vine. 

 The brook that's a block away from work. Very pretty!

Champlain Island Farmer's Market-Grand Isle 8-3-2013

It was a gorgeous day outside today. I had a leisurely day planned heading to Plattsburgh New York.

A long the way we stopped this great Farmers Market! 

It was just behind the St. Josephs Church in Grand Isle. It was from 10am to 2pm. 

The church is located just south of the village of Grand Isle on the west side of Route 2. 

There was lots of beautiful things to see there.

 I bought some yellow and green squash and some vegan pasta!
