Today, I went out to lunch with some co-workers to lunch today. We eat at Mimmos! 4 Carmichael St Essex Junction, VT 05452. I had the Veggie Special Calzone! It had mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, tomato, onions & green peppers. It was so good and big. I only had half for lunch and was full. I have the rest in the refrigerator for dinner! Such a great place! It was the first time I have gone out for food since I got here, and I am so glad it was great!!
