Hello all! I got the day off, and decided to go explore Canada. Montreal is only 2 hours away and thought it would be a great day there. So I got another rental car and headed out early in the morning.
For some reason I expected this bustling city just across the boarder. But nope, it was more farm towns. Which are nice.
I had no idea what the signs read and my GPS kept messing up because I didn't buy the Canada version!

As soon as I walked in the church I felt very blessed and thankful to have the opportunity to visit places like.
I did some more walking around.
I walked down to the Science Center and decided to have lunch next to the water. It was such a nice day!
I decided to get on the Metro and head to the Bio Dom and see some animals.
I stopped to get some lunch before heading back. I found out that these french fries have gravy and cheese on them. So I passed and had something else instead.
I was super excited to try these french fries with stuff on top. I had seen them in windows all around the city and it looked like it might be something Canadian that I could eat. I went in side this shop and found it out is chicken gravy and cheese on top. I thought I could ask for it with out gravy and the man said it wasn't the same and to order something else. I started laughing and just had a peta sandwich.
I passed the lake on the way back and it was so pretty!
It was a great trip!
